Interpretation

  • "Website" means Fine Dining Day's website found at www.finediningday.com and other related sub-domains and web pages.
  • "Partner Restaurant" means the restaurant who has tied up with Fine Dining Day to extend a special offer to fine diners in the city of the restaurant on a specific day of the month.
  • "Event" means the lunch/dinner at one of the partner restaurant on a specific day.
  • "Terms and Conditions" means the standard terms and conditions set out in this document.
  • "You" refers to the user/reader who is using the Website to book an event.

Applicability of terms
The following terms and conditions apply when You register with us as a diner, and make the required payment to attend, any of the event listed on www.FineDiningDay.com.These Terms and Conditions, shall govern Your use of the Website and the Services as a participant. By using the Website You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are only available in English. The Terms and Conditions can change from time to time and You should check the Website for the latest version.
By Clicking on Submit during the event registration process, you accept the Terms and Conditions.

Event Terms and Conditions

  • Event registration happens only on the Website - www.finediningday.com
  • Bookings once done cannot be cancelled or transferred.
  • You must carry a print-out of the booking reference to the restaurant, to participate in the event.
  • All event participants must adhere to the expected norms of conduct at the event venue. The Management of the Participating Restaurant, reserves the right to deny admission to any participant.
  • In the unforeseen situation of an event getting cancelled, FineDiningDay would refund the booking amount to You in full.

Relationship with Partner Restaurants
We operate the Events in association with Partner Restaurants and do not operate any aspects of the event itself. Accordingly You accept that We:

  • have no control over and are not responsible for any aspect of the events including, without limitation, their quality, content or whether the event is legal or takes place as scheduled;
  • accept no liability for any damage or loss incurred by participants as a result of any acts or omissions of an Organiser, and any issues in relation to an event should be taken up directly with the relevant Organiser.

Pricing of an event booking
Each event has to be paid in full in advance before a booking confirmation can be issued. The payment amount due from the prospective participant consists of two components - a) the special price quoted by the specific Partner Restaurant and b) the convenience charges levied by Fine Dining Day.
Please note that the prices are not fixed and both the partnering restaurant and Fine Dining Day reserve the right to modify prices for each event.

Pricing of an Offer
To activate an offer, customer has to pay the voucher fees online. A booking confirmation will then be issued. The payment amount due from the prospective participant consists of two components - a) the due billed amount which is collected at the restaurant. This may include any other items ordered by the customer and not covered under the offer
and
b) the convenience charges levied by Fine Dining Day.
Please note that the prices are not fixed and both the partnering restaurant and Fine Dining Day reserve the right to modify prices for each event.

Cancellation of an event booking
An booking once made and confirmed after successful payment cannot be cancelled. There will be NO refunds on a confirmed booking.
In the unlikely event of the Restaurant Partner cancelling the specific "event" we would do a refund to the confirmed participants.
